1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Eventmatic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization and represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. Platform Usage
Eventmatic provides digital infrastructure for event registration, delegate management, and onsite logistics. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Payments & Financials
All fees are quoted in KES or USD as specified. For events in Kenya, we support M-Pesa STK Push and KRA eTIMS compliant billing. Payments for subscriptions or event-specific services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate service level agreement.
4. Data & Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform (Attendee lists, event content). Eventmatic retains all rights to the platform infrastructure, software, and proprietary logic engines used to power your events.
